Welcome to The Butchery! We are a family-owned, full-service butcher shop and grocer located on Orchard Lake Road in Sylvan Lake, Michigan. We only offer meats that are all-natural and free of added hormones and antibiotics. We source whatever we can from local purveyors whenever available.

We offer a full-scale deli counter with Boar’s Head meats and cheeses, as well as deli salads and traditional favorites made-in-house by our talented chefs. We also have a wide selection of ready-to-heat prepared foods and meals-to-go, where we take the stress out of cooking! Don’t forget to check out our carefully selected, local assortment of products on our shelves, as well as fresh, daily produce sourced from farmer’s markets throughout the area.

The Butchery also offers a full-scale sandwich station, where we created hand-crafted offerings on locally-baked breads. We have fresh-chopped salad options, in addition to being able to create-your-own salad. For those with a sweet tooth, Chef Julie has you covered for all things treats from fudgy brownies to crunchy ruggelach and more.
