All our food is made from the freshest ingredients, from the Guacamole, prepared table side to your liking to our vast array of Rojo Signature Dishes including Lobster Quesadillas, Cazuellas de Mariscos (a spicy seafood medley), Mexican Classics like the Stuffed Roasted Poblano Peppers, Enchiladas, and Fajitas.
