Here at Pupusita Express we offer fresh healthy food made the right way, capturing the spirit of Central American cusine with an authentic flair! Pupusita Express opened its doors in Lake Zurich in May 2012.  It is a family owned and operated restaurant.  Chef and Owner, Ruben Enciso, is a culinary graduate from Kendall College. He also attended Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island. Ruben has been in the food industry business for over 20 years.  He has a large repertoire of recipes including some ethnic recipes that provide Pupusita Express' customers with a delicious, diverse and intriguing menu.
