Prestige Polymer Flooring is a family-owned and operated company since 1985. Unlike other companies offering garage flooring, we do not use subcontractors, so-called "certified installers", or any epoxy products in our installations. Epoxy flooring will become brittle with age, chip and turn yellow with any ultra-violet exposure. Plastic, modular or Race deck tiles are slippery with snow and ice and when wet, and the salt and water runs through tiles and sits on the concrete. With no air movement, the result is hazardous mold and mildew problems. Our surface is also USDA approved, meets VOC requirements and is fully warranted.
