We rented a bounce house for my daughters 3rd birthday party. The company was early setting it up, allowing us to have more time jumping! It ended up raining a part of the day and the rain soaked the Vinyl causing the top to be too heavy. Within a short time, they brought us out another blower since one wasn't enough anymore with the extra weight. We couldn't be happier with the customer service. This place has one of the highest quality stuff around! I ordered cheap balloons online and they all popped within an hour of filling them.
