Gary O'Reilly started in the furniture business in 1972 at Fox Lake Furniture. After just a few years of success, Gary moved his business to Libertyville in 1977. It began as a 4,200 sq. ft. store and has grown into a 90,000 sq. ft. super store. We are now O'Reilly's Furniture & Amish Gallery and the largest furniture store in the Northern part of Illinois.

After taking a downfall for three years in the early 2000's when the furniture industry moved to China, Gary decided it was time to shut down his business. After missing work and the staff that had become family, he decided to bring back O'Reilly's Furniture in 2014. Thanks to thousands of loyal customers, a new store was able to be opened.

Gary is nothing but proud of the store O'Reilly's has grown to be. With many great deals and sets of furniture, O'Reilly's is able to serve many customers and keep them happy. A section of Amish furniture has also been added which is all made in America.
