Our brewpub opened on 12/08/15 and is located in the Chateau Centre strip mall on 44th Street SW & Burlingame Avenue in Wyoming, MI - a suburb of Grand Rapids.  

The craft microbrewery's namesake is inspired by Kitzingen, Germany where Rommie Bailey was stationed while serving in the U.S. Army. Former Kitzingen Army soldiers have sent us memorabilia of the base and Germany to display on our walls. Patrons who served at the Kitzingen base are encouraged to sign a registry.

Do we call ourselves a craft beer brewery, a beer microbrewery, or a craft brewpub that serves the residents of greater Grand Rapids, Michigan?  Hi! I am Rommie Bailey, the owner, and the answer is yes to all three questions. We offer between 9 and 15 brews on tap including an IPA, a stout and a seasonal authentic Hefeweizen?  You get Wyoming, Michigan's first craft brewery with a focus on around 11 beers with a focus on German styles, around 7 wines, and 1 cider.  We have 90+ kegs, but will only be selling beer to take home by the growler.

There are several TVs in our brewery, and the lounge area has two dart boards. Euchre Tournament - 7:30pm-10pm first and third Wednesdays of every month!
