Huerto (derived from the word "orchard" in Spanish) is a Mexican Restaurant and Tequila Bar in West Bloomfield, MI serving a blend of creative southwestern and traditional Mexican cuisine in a festive, contemporary setting.

In October 2013, Safa Zaraga and Mark Mendola realized their dream by opening Huerto Restaurant & Tequila bar. Mark is the owner of the restaurant. Matt McDowall, Huerto’s General Manager, and Rick Mithofer, Huerto’s Kitchen Manager and Chef, manage the day to day operations.

The restaurant has the capacity to seat up to approximately 350 guests. This banquet area accommodates up to 100 quests. The covered and heated patio seats approximately 80 guests (season permitting). The main dining and bar areas seat approximately 145 guests.
