Various programs in our service territory include: Workforce Development, Senior Services, Day Services and Workforce Connection Centers. Goodwill’s Work Services offers on-site employment in packaging, assembly and inspection for persons with severe and multiple disabilities.

Goodwill TalentBridge is a recruiting, staffing and placement service that provides customized, strategic talent solutions for area companies. Whether you need to fill entry level positions or recruit senior executives, we connect with job seekers on every level, using a variety of platforms from more traditional recruiting and referral techniques to the power of social networking. Goodwill Laundry & Linen Services

Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin has been a provider of quality laundry services since 1974 when we began processing laundry for the U.S. Naval Base in Northern Illinois. Goodwill Laundry & Linen Services customers now include hospitals, clinics, nursing homes and hospitality businesses throughout Southeastern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. Our facility processes approximately 14 million pounds of laundry per year.

Goodwill Manufacturing

Goodwill Manufacturing provides high quality, competitively priced packaging, assembly, rework and inspection services, as well as complete supply chain and inventory management. We partner with corporations from product conception to national launch and distribution, with confidentiality and intellectual property security. We are a green company, recycling and reusing material as part of an environmentally-friendly philosophy.

Goodwill DataShield

No matter what sensitive and confidential material your organization handles, Goodwill DataShield can destroy it quickly and securely. Through our secure shredding process, we ensure your organization big or small can protect your confidential information. Since 2006, Goodwill DataShield’s 107,000 square foot shredding facility located in Milwaukee has easy access to the freeway system, which allows us to be efficient and cost-effective with our pickups. We also use state of the art equipment and technology which is maintained by a highly skilled staff of mechanics.

Goodwill Great Lakes 

Goodwill Great Lakes provides food service, logistics, laundry and administrative services for both Sailors and recruits at Naval Station Great Lakes, the only Navy boot camp in the United States and the largest ashore food service operation. In fiscal year 2014, Goodwill staff served nearly 8.5 million meals, handled 2 million pieces of mail, and issued over 2.6 million uniform pieces to Sailors and Recruits.
