
Chef Yue Feng Cao is the proud owner of Feng Taste, and Metro Detroit’s premier Master Sushi Chef. With over 15 years of experience he has perfected the art of Sushi making.
Chef Yue Feng Cao began his career at the ever popular Benihana Restaurant where he trained as a Sushi chef. His skill and expertise were highly recognized early on in his career.
After two years he moved to Fishbones restaurant in Downtown Detroit, where he served as Head Sushi Chef for seven years, solidifying his reputation as one of the most highly skilled Sushi Chefs in the area.
For the past four years Chef Yue Feng Cao has been perfecting his art at the Detroit staple Joe Muer Seafood. Chef has trained over 15 of Metro Detroit’s top sushi chefs and is a Master in his trade.
When asked why he decided to open Feng Taste, Chef said that he did it for the good of his family and his four children, to secure their future and to show them that hard work, in any field, will create success.
