
Baldomero Barrios, owner and founder, came from a small town in Mexico where he is adoringly known as "El Rey del Taco." (The King of the Taco)
As a child, Baldomero worked his family's farmlands, and continued to due so as he grew older. Baldomero later met his wife Maria Barraza Barrios, and together they came to the United States in search of a dream. Baldomero's work ethic quickly paid off, and he was appointed Head Chef of a popular suburban Greek Restaurant. His dream was to one day open a restaurant of his own... known today as El Burrito Loco.
