Blue Collar BBQ is a take-out only and catering barbecue restaurant. Each batch of meat is slow cooked to perfection is complemented by a variety of award-winning sauces, classic sides and delicious specialties. Our award-winning ribs are smoked on select hardwoods for eight hours! Our sliced brisket is slow-cooked for 14 hours, and the result is a slice of heaven. Our slowly cooked pork is cooked at low temperatures until it's so tender that it can be "hand-pulled."
