Orchard Fitness WB is located in West Bloomfield off the west side of Orchard Lake Rd. just south of Maple Rd.. We are open Mondays to Thursdays from 5:00AM to 11:00PM, Fridays from 5:00AM to 10:00PM, and Weekends from 7:00AM to 6:00PM. Stop by our gym in West Bloomfield, MI today!

We are a family owned and operated gym that strives to provide the best workout experience possible for all shapes, sizes and abilities. We have over 30,000 sq ft of workout space and class studios.

We feature 55-65 classes each week starting as early as 5:45am and as late as 7:30pm. We offer Spin, Kickboxing, Yoga, Mat Pilates, TRX, Zumba, Cardio, Strength Training classes and more!

We also have a functional training room that includes three racks of kettle bells from 7-70lbs, battle ropes, sand and medicine balls, body bars, home base, TRX straps and much much more.

Our kickboxing room holds up to 58 people and has both water and sand (heavy) bags.

The gym has over 30,000lbs of plates and free weights, with everything from 1-145lb. weights, along with a large selection of bands and body bars. We also offer a large selection of machines for all parts of the body.

We feature over a dozen trainers, all certified and many with individual specializations. Our trainers have experience with all shapes, sizes and skill levels, including professional athletes, senior citizens, high school/youth athletes, weight loss concerns, body building/figure development and more!
