Final fling before the ring! That is what has been said about a bachelorette party. Fling meaning party of course. When two people are about to join in holy matrimony for the rest of their lives, it can be scary and stressful. Of course the two getting married love each other and know they are going to be together forever, but it is still always nice to blow off some steam with some good friends. That is what this party should be all about. It should be a time when the bride gets to relax and take a breather and just have fun with her "girls."

Location, Location, Location - First you must choose where you will be throwing your girlfriend her bachelorette party. You may choose a bar, a male strip club, or some people even choose to go on a trip. Make sure you consult with the bride-to-be on her preferences and then work with the rest of girls on creating a fun-filled event.

� Bar - If you choose to have the bachelorette party at a bar make sure you call the general manager ahead of time to let them know you are planning a bachelorette party. A good general manager will set aside a table for you ladies to help the bride feel special. A champagne toast is a must when you get the party started! Some women choose to throw bachelorette parties at karaoke bars or bars that have some sort of show or stage that the bride can be dragged up on and embarrassed, in a tasteful way of course.

� Adult Clubs - Having a bachelorette party with a male dancer has become a tradition. Having a male dancer at your party or going to an adult club signifies the last half naked man, besides your hubby-to-be that you are ever allowed to see again. Often the bachelorette will be dragged onstage to be given an obnoxious, yet hilarious lap dance in front of the whole club. If this is the route you choose confirm with the bride that she is ok with it. Of course she will say no, but read her on how serious she is. You do not want to enrage the bride, but pushing the envelope can be a good idea to make some fun of the evening.

� Take a Trip - Vegas is a popular location spot for bachelorette parties. It is an adult playground. With all the shows, casinos, restaurants and nightclubs you have many choices to plan a fun night for the bride. Another popular option is to take a party cruise. There are many affordable 3-4 night cruises for you and your friends to take.

Accessories and Accents - Girls can go a little crazy when it comes to adding flair to a bachelorette party. Some women even go to the extent of making the bride carry around blow-up dolls or sexual paraphernalia for comedy. It is ok to be obnoxious at a bachelorette party, but if that is not your cup of tee you may want to get matching t-shirts that say something like "final fling before the ring" on them and make all the girls wear them. Another idea is to create sew lifesavers on a t-shirt that the bride will wear called suck-for-buck where the bride must ask men for a buck to suck a lifesaver off her t-shirt. This is hilarious to watch. You can also make up a scavenger hunt if you are doing a bar crawl to celebrate. Some fun ideas to have on the scavenger hunt list may be:

1. Take a picture handcuffed by a police officer, as a joke of course.

2. Get a man to give you his boxers, take a picture with them (don't forget to give them back!)

3. Have a complete stranger give you a piggy back ride.

4. Talk a man into buying you a shot or a drink.

5. Find someone to get on their knees and praise you and take a picture.

There are many fun things to incorporate into a bachelorette party. Always remember to keep the evening or trip semi-tasteful, fun, and safe. This is supposed to be a celebration where women get together and laugh and be wild. Keep in mind you are there to take the stress off the bride. It is a huge part of her life and let her think about the amazing married years that are ahead of her.
